PILATES  MAT  CLASSES

 

 

Most classes are drop-in sessions of one hour duration approximately, accommodating

a maximum of fifteen participants. We focus on the Pilates Principles, core strength, flexibility,

flowing postures, effective breathing technique and relaxation. We use a mat to protect elbows

and knees, and may use exercise blocks, blankets, towels, cushions and resistance bands. 

 

Participants of all levels, ages and ability, both men and women, are welcome. Most exercises are

also suitable during Pregnancy and Post Natal. If you are suffering from an injury or a medical

condition it is advisable to seek professional medical approval before you start exercising.

You should notify your teacher of any issues before your class. 

 

Please bring a mat and a bottle of water with you. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes

that allow easy movement, and socks rather than trainers (unless you have special requirements).

PLEASE NOTE: Group classes are not designed for individuals with Special Needs.

Therefore it is important that you enrol in a one-to-one to ensure that you are cued

correctly and the appropriate exercises are chosen for you.

*Valid for six weeks and eight weeks respectively, offering some flexibility

should you have to miss a class. However, please attend each class in order

to gain the most physical and mental benefits of the practice.

Privately organized classes, corporate classes and 1-2-1s

currently run in Ealing, Acton, Chiswick and Hanwell area

                                     on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. New classes can be

organized at the time and location of your convenience.

 

 

 

 

 

INDIVIDUAL  PILATES  TRAINING 

     

You may like to benefit from a One-To-One session where attention is provided exclusively

to you. Or sometimes people prefer to have such session before joining a class, although

this is up to personal preference. One-To-One sessions are tailor made, with exercises to

address your individual health issues and requests.
